I've been leaning hard into Exit Strategy, a novella set in the Unborn Child Protection Act universe but not quite part of it. It stands alone. Mackenzie's story is her own.
It's 2030. Abortion is federally banned. Mackenzie discovers she's pregnant and realizes the country she believed in will never let her choose. So she plans her escape. To Portugal. To freedom. To a future she gets to define.
But escape is only the beginning.

I'm working on two additional books this year. Completely different from anything I've written before. A duet that explores an internal dystopia. An introverse, if you will.
If you saw someone living through this, you'd never know what they're experiencing on the inside versus what they're surviving on the outside. It's dystopian in a way no one's really explored yet. And I can't wait to share it with you.
This is going to be a very busy year. The kind where the work feels bigger than the boundaries I've been writing inside.
